Signs you’re making progress:

  • Exercising consistently
  • Sleeping better

  • Generally in a better mood
  • More positive self talk
  • Clothes feel and fit better
  • Learning new things
  • Clothes feeling tighter in certain areas (the booty)
  • Drinking more water
  • Cooking/prepping your own meals
  • Spending more time on your feet
  • Cooking healthier meals

Make sure you count the small wins!!
