Get up & get out

Especially now that the days are longer and it’s warmer, it’s a lot easier to get out of the house. Sometimes you just need to clear your head and walking can be a great way to do so.

Research shows that regular walking actually modifies your nervous system so much that you’ll experience a decrease in anger and hostility. Seeing as people with fibromyalgia usually have a ‘damaged’ nervous system, we could benefit a lot from this. Sometimes it’s doing the small things that can really help us.
